Commis Chef - Part Time
The catering division are seeking an experienced chef with a passion for the industry, who thrives in a busy environment.

As Finalists in the 2018 Chefs Table Competition, Exec Chef Dean and his team thrive on innovation to create a superior dining experience. The catering division have seen exciting growth over the past 12 months, presenting an opportunity to expand our existing team.

To successful in the role you will have:
    •     A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent with proven experience preparing dishes in a fast-          paced busy environment.
    •     High attention to detail and pride in the presentation of each dish.
    •     Flexibility to work on a 7-day roster that includes, days, nights, weekends and split shifts.
