A 'Day in the Life' of our Bar & Gaming team: 

  • Provide quality service, including tray service in our Gaming Lounge
  • TAB and Keno operation
  • Creating positive and memorable first impressions
  • Maintaining immaculate presentation of our club
  • Training and Development Opportunities with cross-training and potential career advancement
  • Participation in 'Themed' Staff Dress-Up days and Employee Reward & Recognition Program

To successful in the role you will have: 

  • Strong Experience in providing a high standard of Customer Service Excellence
  • Hold a current NSW RSA & RCG Certification
  • Flexibility to work as per roster, with full availability on weekdays, weeknights and weekends
  • High attention to details with accurate cash handling skills
  • Professional presentation and grooming
  • A "can do" positive attitude, ability to take direction and embrace change
  • A strong work ethic that makes you a reliable and dependable team player.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous Bar or Gaming experience within a service driven club environment
  • Previous exposure to Club Promotions and Raffles or speaking on a microphone.

Commis Chef - Part Time
The catering division are seeking an experienced chef with a passion for the industry, who thrives in a busy environment.

As Finalists in the 2018 Chefs Table Competition, Exec Chef Dean and his team thrive on innovation to create a superior dining experience. The catering division have seen exciting growth over the past 12 months, presenting an opportunity to expand our existing team.

To successful in the role you will have:

  • A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent with proven experience preparing dishes in a fast-paced busy environment.
  • High attention to detail and pride in the presentation of each dish.
  • Flexibility to work on a 7-day roster that includes, days, nights, weekends and split shifts.
