IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLUB MEMBERS

On 5 May 2020, The Federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg made a determination known as the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (the Determination).

The Determination modifies the operation of certain provisions of the Corporations Act and its associated regulations, including some provisions dealing with convening and conducting general meetings.

As a result of clause 5(1)(f) of the Determination, the Club can issue the notice of meeting to members using one or more technologies.
