Status Points

are for tier allocation purposes only. Your status points from point of sale and gaming spend (earned over a rolling 3 month period) are combined to determine what level of Crystal Rewards you’re in.

Tier Reviews

are carried out monthly on the 1st day of the month based on a rolling 3 month period. Those members who have fallen below the qualification points criteria for their current level will be relegated.

For those members who have reached the qualification points criteria for a higher level, you will be promoted automatically.

Bonus Points

30th June expiry for Sapphire and Emerald Tiers No expiry for Ruby, Amethyst & VIP Tiers are a portion of your spend which we return to members as our way of saying thank you for your loyalty. Staff can assist with checking your Bonus Point balance at any point of sale or via the Members Kiosk.

Birthday Points

are credited to your Birthday Points account on your membership card on the 1st day of your birthday month. You have 90 days to redeem these at the Club.

Birthday points can not be used to make purchases of take away alcohol or via the Redemption Tower (Carousel).

Visitation Points

are credited to your Bonus Points account when you swipe your card at our Members Kiosk.
